Party

Well, I've made use of the last few days on South Canaan Road by hosting a smashing going away/graduation party, if I do say so myself! There were many wonderful people in attendance, and the debauchery lasted until just before the sun came up! (This photograph taken at about 4:45 AM). Spotted woo recieved much love (see Kelli's lap :), mom ran a sobriety taxi service with her volkswagen, dad even got drunk, and I did my first (and last) keg stand for a whopping 12 seconds! I want to thank everyone who came for being such delightful guests and making it a night to remember. Cheers to completing college and my future life abroad!

Haus Eisenstadt: confirmed!

I FINALLY heard back from Haus Eisenstadt, about 2 weeks after wiring € 605 to them (almost $800 after bank fees). They said they only got € 587, (more bank fees), but I can pay the remaining € 18 when I move in in October. Even though its kind of costly, it's very nice to know that they ACTUALLY GOT IT and I have a place to live. That, and I'll be getting a security deposit back at the end. Phew! One less thing to worry about. Oh, click on the title if you haven't seen it already.

Should I start counting?

I bought my plane ticket the other day. I'm flying out of New York City on 21 september, which is a Wednesday. Mom and I are going to drive from Athens, stop in the Poconos for a bit, and she's going to drop me off. I'm excited, because not only am I flying to Vienna, but I've also never been to NYC! There are two weeks of school left, and the classes are piling on the work. But, after that is done, I'm having a hella/wicked big party on South Canaan Road on 27 August! (I'll be sure to post some pics!)
